Gathering or not?

Thanks once again for responding to the poll.
We see 0% NO to no gathering.
therefore, lets have a gathering!
however, you must understand that organizing a gathering is a laborious thing.
and we have yet to decide;

1) What should we do for the gathering?
2) Where should the gathering be held?
3) When should the gathering be held?
&maybe more stuffs to settle. (eg. money issues, contacting people..)

Hence, we need your opinion!
It is impossible to get all 40 sixone rockers to do the polls, so we will go with majority okays?
